1: Enquiry

Firstly, please complete our online Client Enquiry Form.

2: Review

Our psychologists, Caz and Anthony, will review the information provided in the Client Enquiry Form to determine if our service is able to accept the referral, and which psychologist would be the best fit.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to complete this review.

3: Outcome

Our office will contact you to share the outcome of the review.

If the referral is not accepted we will provide guidance on finding another service.

If the referral is accepted we will start the intake process.

4: Intake

Our office will send you an email with several intake forms to complete.

Once the forms are completed, we will contact you to book the first appointment.
